低浓度丝裂霉素C联合羊膜移植治疗原发性青光眼

摘　　要：目的 观察丝裂霉素C联合羊膜移植治疗原发性青光眼的疗敢。方法 回顾性分析47例53眼确诊为青光眼的患者行小梁切除、丝裂霉素C贴敷联合羊膜移植术后，观察患者眼压、视力、滤过泡及并发症的情况。结果 随访观察6～18个月，术后视力改善28眼，占52．8％，视力不变21眼，占39．6％，视力下降4眼，占7．5％；眼压控制正常52眼，占98．1％，范围为（12±5）mmHg；功能性滤过泡51眼，占96.2％，非功能性滤过泡2眼，占3．8％。结论 丝裂霉素C联合羊膜移植治疗原发性青光眼可有效控制眼压，维持滤过泡，并发症少，效果满意。Objective To investigate the effects of mitomycin t; combined with amnlon transplanuon in the treatment of primary glaucoma. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed in 53 eyes of 47 primary glaucoma patients which were treated with trabeculectomy, mitomycin and amnion. The postoperative visual acuity, intraocular pressure,filtrating bleb and complications were observed. Results During the postoperative follow - up, visual acuity in 28 eyes（ 52.8% ） increased ,21 eyes （39.6%） maintained and 4 eyes （ 7.5% ） dropped. Intraocular pressure in 52 eyes（98.1% ） were controlled ,the average pressure was （12 ±5 ）mm Hg. Functional filtrating bleb in 51 eyes （96.2%）, nonfunctional filtrating bleb in 2 eyes （3. 8% ）. Conclusion Mitomycin C combined amnion transplantion could control intraocular pressure and maintained filtrating bleb effectively, and has less complications. It was a safe and effective method to treat the primary glaucoma.
