松握拳方式对静脉穿刺成功率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨根据血管不同情况选择松、握拳方式,提高静脉穿刺成功率的机制。方法根据血管不同情况,选择松、握、半握拳方式进行手背静脉的穿刺。结果该方法明显提高了静脉穿刺的成功率。结论根据不同血管情况选择松、握、半握拳的方法,静脉穿刺成功率高,病人痛苦小。Objective To investegate the effects of relaxlng one＇s hold and clenching oneb fist on the venipunture of hand back. Methods Venipuncture of hand back was done under condition of relaxing one＇s hold, clenching one＇s fist or half-clenching one＇s fist depending on vascular patterns. Results The success rate of single puncture were 90%, 92.99% and 99. 60% respectively when relaxing one＇s hold, clenching one＇s fist and performing different venipuncture depending on vascular patterns. Conclusion Relaxing one＇s hold, clenching one＇s fist or halfclenching one＇s fist depending on vascular patterns enhances the success rate of venipuncture and relieves patients＇sufferings.
