摘　　要：以人为本的管理思想是现代管理的新思想,近年来逐渐成为企业界和学术界关注的热点。成人高等教育作为一个以培养人为目的的教育形式,通过调整价值取向、采取目标协调策略、营造良好的组织气候、发挥有效的激励作用以及加强对成人学员的人本管理等措施,对贯彻人本理念有重要意义。The idea of people- oriented management, which is a modern management idea, has become the focus paid attention by business and academic circles in recent years, Adult higher education is a form of education aiming at cultivating people by adjusting the orientation of values, taking coordinated strategy, creating a positive climate in the organization, playing an effective role in encouraging and strengthening the management of the adult students.
