摘　　要：《落叶哀蝉曲》是汉武帝刘彻为缅怀“绝世而独立、倾城复倾国”的李夫人而作,蜚声中外。出于对中国古典诗歌的欣赏和青睐,英美等国的许多汉语言文学家纷纷对其进行了英译。但由于中英文化的差异,他们的译诗误译、漏译等现象较严重。本文仅以英国著名的汉语言文学家H.A.Giles的译诗为蓝本,对其不当之处予以校正。The famous poem, Song of Fallan Leaves and Whining Cicadas was composed by Liuche, the emperor of Han Dynasty, to recall Ms Li, a beauty. Due to their admiration and favor of Chinese classical poetry, many Chinese linguists from Britain and America have tried to translate it into English. However, because of the cuhural differences between Chinese and English, some of them have made serious mistakes. Therefore, taking the translation of H. A. Giles as the original version, the writer will mainly revise the inappropriate places in it.
