摘　　要：加快农村剩余劳动力转移是增加农民收入的重要途径,也是解决“三农”问题的关键环节。而教育水平对农村剩余劳动力转移影响很大,是一个重要的制约因素。分析农村剩余劳动力转移与农村教育的相关关系,提出促进农村剩余劳动力转移的教育对策,具有重要的理论和现实意义。It＇ s a kind of approach of improving the farmers＇ income to accelerate the transfer of surplus laborers, as well as to solve the problem of countryside, agriculture and farmers. However, education level greatly influences the transfer of the surplus labors, and it＇ s an restricting factor. This article has done a little work about the two mentions points, and pointed out the method to improve the transfer.
