单孔微创胆囊切除术286例分析

摘　　要：目的寻找一种住院费用低,效果相当或优于腹腔镜胆囊切除术的手术方法。方法回顾分析自2003年6月～2005年12月286例单孔微创胆囊切除术的临床资料。结果除2例中转开腹外,其余284例全部成功,全组手术成功率99%,无严重手术并发症。结论单孔微创胆囊切除术较腹腔镜创伤更小,痛苦更少,技术上更易普及,价格低廉,适合于各级医院,值得进一步研究、改进和推广。[ Objective] To search a minimal invasive operative technique comparable or superior to laparoscopic cholecystectomy. [Method] Clinical date of 286 cases of minimal invasive singe-hole cholecystectomy were retrospectively analysed. [Results] Minimal invasive single-hole cholecystectomy was successfully performed in 284 （99%）of 286 cases apart from 2 cases which were turned to laparotomy. [ Conclusion] Minimal invasive single-hole cholecystectomy was less invasire, less painful, easy to practice and much cheaper than laparoscopic choleeysteetomy.
