摘  要:目的:探讨急性脑缺血大鼠肠黏膜通透性应激性改变的机制。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠64只,随机分为两组:缺血模型组(32只)和假手术对照组(32只),两组大鼠分别按术后6、12、24和48h时相点分为4个亚组(每组均为8只)。测定肠黏膜组织丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)的水平,检测肠系膜淋巴结(MLN)等多器官的组织匀浆中标记大肠杆菌的检出率。结果:缺血组各时相点肠黏膜组织匀浆中MDA含量比对照组明显升高(P<0.05),而SOD、GSH含量则明显降低(P<0.05);缺血组多脏器荧光标记大肠杆菌检出率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:急性脑缺血大鼠早期肠黏膜通透性升高,造成细菌移位增加,氧自由基在这一病理生理过程中有着重要作用。Objective:To investigate the mechanism of stress-related permeability changes of intestinal mucosa in cerebral ischemia rats. Methods: Six-four healthy male Wistar rats were divided randomly into two groups. Cerebral ischemia model group (n = 32), rats suffered from cerebral ischemia by Yuji's method; control group (n = 32), rats underwent sham operation. Each group were divided into four subgroups according to 6 h,12 h,24 h,and 48 h after operation (n = 8, for each subgroup). Levels of malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione (GSH) of intestinal mucosa were detected. Mesenteric lympb nodes (MLN), liver, spleen, pancreas, lung and kidney tissue homogenates were taken to count the labeled bacilli with fluorescent microscope. Results: The level of MDA of intestinal mucosa was obviously increased and SOD,GSH were decreased at the same time in ischemia rats than those in control group. The positive rate of bacterial translocation (BT) in cerebral ischemia group was obviously higher than that of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The BT rate increased obviously in cerebral ischemia rats that means the increase of oxygen free radicals play an important role in the stress-ralated permeability changes of intestinal mucosal barrier (IMB) in early stage of cerebral ischemia.
