摘　　要：硒是哺乳动物和人必需的微量元素,其生物学功能主要是以硒蛋白的形式表现的。近年来,关于硒蛋白作为饲料添加剂方面的报道层出不穷。作者就硒蛋白概况、分类、几种重要硒蛋白及其生物学功能、硒蛋白的合成及调控作一综述。Selenoprotein is an essential micro-element in human and mammal. Its biological functions are mainly performed by selenoenzyme. In recent years, there are many reports on the feed additive-selenoprotein. This article mainly previews the general situation of selenoprotein, classification,some kinds of important selenoprotein and biological function,selenoprotein analytical methods and regulation.
