完善跳远起跳技术评定指标的研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、拍摄法、运动生物力学解析法及数理统计等方法,提出用’水平速度转变率’这个较为新颖的指标去完善原有的’水平速度转化率’指标,同时拟定出起跳过程中的重心提升角度指标,并对这两个新指标的定义、应用进行了研究。为准确的分析和评定我国跳远技术,指导运动员改进起跳技术,完善训练计划,提高运动员成绩,也为我国跳远技术的发展和跳远数据库的充实提供参考。With the methods of documentary review, experts interview, film-shooting, sports biomechanics analysis and mathematical statistics, the index of shift rate of horizontal speed is used to perfect the traditional index of transformation rate of horizontal speed and the ascent angle index of the center of gravity is put forward in the course of take-off. At the same time the definition and application of two new indexes are researched in order to accurately analyze and assess Chinese long jump techniques, direct athletes to improve their take-off techniques, perfect training plans, improve the athletes＇ performance, and provide references for the technique development of Chinese long jump and the data enrichment of long jump.
