摘　　要：针对2006年江苏省盐城供电公司开展的"农电精细化管理年"活动,提出要开展好此项工作需以提升农电系统社会服务水平为目标,强化创新意识、规范管理流程以及督察机制。要以人为本,做好培训和管理工作。Based on the practice of the free management in rural power supply, which was launched by Yancheng Power Supply bureau in 2006, the suggestions are proposed that managers should define the objective of advancing the social service capacity of rural power system, strengthen innovation consciousness, standardize management process and censorship mechanism, and perfect training and management according to people-centered principles.
