摘　　要：介绍了越野车后桥壳总成自动化焊接生产的工艺流程,自动焊接生产线的设计思想,结构原理及特点,证明了该套焊接线及设备是一套适用于越野车后桥壳总成焊接生产的,而且自动化程度高、生产效率高的先进设备。This article introduces the technological process of the automatic welding line for rear axle housing assy of cross - country vehicles. And also the design idea, the structure principle and the character of the automatic welding line are Introduced. It is proved that this line is a set of high automation, high production efficiency auto - welding line for the Rear axle housing assy of cross - country vehicles.
