摘 要:简要地阐述了在普遍采用的三级保护的城乡供电系统中,第一级普通脉冲型漏电保护器常会引起二、三级的动作而同时动作,从而导致大面积停电,所以第一级漏电保护器应具有智能判断功能。为此,提出了新型漏电保护器的设计理论依据和方案,并进行了设计。通过试验数据,验证了新型漏电保护器的可行及可靠性。The paper introduces the essential working principle of the residual current operated protector in brief. Then it points out that the power supply systems in both urban and rural areas usually adopt a three-level protective system, andthe protector's working at the first level can occasionally lead to its running at the second and the third level, resulting in power cut on a large scale, so the protector at the first level should be provided with intelligence and good sense. Finally the author discusses the theoretical basis of a novel residual current operated protector and offers its practical scheme. At last a novel protector is designed and tested in the lab, the factors that affect its efficiency are analyzed and its reliability is verified via data.
