摘　　要：先天性马蹄内翻足是一种常见的先天畸形，常聚集发生于家族中但不符合典型的孟德尔遗传方式。遗传流行病学研究和复合分离分析提示先天性马蹄内翻足的发生存在着遗传因素的作用，因此探讨马蹄内翻足发生的分子机制将为提高遗传咨询、治疗的水平以及更好的理解足部的发育提供理论基础。Congenital talipos equinovarus （CTEV）, which has a family history, is one of the most common serious congenital deformities. Both the genetic epidemiologic evidence and complex segregation analyses of CTEV supported genetic factors may play an important role in CTEV, so exploring the molecular mechanism of CTEV will provide theoretical basis for improving genetic cohort, treatment of CTEV and comprehending foot development.
