摘　　要：经济法律责任是当前经济法学界研究的热点,对其责任形态在目前还无法取得一致的认识。经济法律责任的二元性体现在研究的逻辑起点和本质属性上。经济法律责任的研究应当以市民社会与政治国家的运动为逻辑起点,力求弥补完善传统分类的不足。经济法律责任同时具有责任形态的独立性和从属性的二元性特征。The economic legal liability is a hot spot in the current research of economic rules and regulations; yet it is unable to obtain an unanimous understanding of its present responsibility status. The duality of economic legal liability manifests in the logical starting point in research and the essential attributes. The economic legal liability research should start from the residential society and the movement of political country so as to make up for the traditional classification of consummation. The economic legal liability simultaneously has the dual characteristic of both independence and subordination.
