摘 要:在建设创新型国家与高水平大学的背景下,以知识创造为主导创设大学内部的组织机构和运行机制对于提高我国大学的自主创新能力有重要意义。学科制作为一种基于学科组织建构起来的学术组织结构、学术运行机制,是大学最基本的学术组织制度,也是现代大学基层组织制度的创新。学科制组织制度以知识创造为主导,将学科组织化与建制化,把人才培养、科学研究、社会服务集中于大学最基层的学科组织,有利于实现知识共享互动,推动知识主体的自我成长,提高大学的知识创新能力。Under the background of building innovative country and high quality university, it is of great significance to establish the inner organizational system and operational mechanism of university with knowledge creation as its domination for the improvement of the initiative innovation ability of our university. As a kind of academic organizational structure and academic operational mechanism constructed on the basis of disciplinary organization, disciplinary system is the most fundamental academic organizational system of university as well as the innovation of modern university basic level organizational system. Disciplinary organizational system takes knowledge creation as its domination, organizing and systemizing disciplines, integrating talent cultivation, scientific research and social service to university basic level disciplinary organization, which is beneficial to realize knowledge sharing and interaction, promoting the self-growth of knowledge subjective and improving the innovation ability of university knowledge.
