摘　　要：当今,党中央提出建设社会主义新农村的重要决策,新农村建设必须有新思路——依靠新的经济增长方式。加快科技进步与推广,调整农村产业结构,加快农业的综合生产能力,以经济建设为中心,推动农业的现代化,是实现农业的可持续发展、建设社会主义新农村宏伟目标的必由之路。Today,theCPC Central Committee made the important decision of building a new socialist countryside,Building new rural areas must have new ideas on the mode of econnmic growth.Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of rural development,speed up scientific and technological progress and promotion readjustment of the industrial structure in rural aress, speed up the comprehensive production capacity agriculture to economic construction as the central task, promote agricultural modernization,achieving sustainable agricultural modernization, achieving sustainable agricultural modernization, achieving sustainable agricultural development.
