摘　　要：随着大学毕业生分配制度的改革,大学毕业生择业的心理恐惧感增大,对大学毕业生择业恐惧因素的分析探索和研究消除择业恐惧心理的方法,对于提高大学生的心理健康水平,帮助大学毕业生能够形成正确、健康的择业心态有着重大意义。Along with the university graduate distribution system reform, the mental state ＊＊ which the university graduates choose profession increases, this article analyzed the university graduate to choose profession the frightened factor, eliminated the choosing profession frightened method, helped the uni- versity graduate to be able to form correctly, the health choosing profession point of view diligently.
