喉癌患者血清中白细胞介素-18的检测意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清白细胞介素-18(IL-18)的变化与喉癌的关系。方法:采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测22例喉癌患者(喉癌组)和10名健康者(对照组)血清中IL-18的含量。结果:喉癌组血清IL-18含量为(68.44±39.42)pg/ml,明显高于对照组(28.47±2.29)pg/ml(P<0.001)。结论:喉癌患者血清IL-18含量增高,可作为喉癌辅助诊断及观察患者病情变化的一项重要生化指标。Objective ：To investigate the serum level of interleukin（IL）-18 in laryngeal cancer. Methods：The IL-18 concentration in sera was measured in 22 patients with laryngeal cancer, and 10 health control subjects by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Results： The concentration of IL-18 in patients with laryngeal cancer [ （ 68.44 ± 39.42 ） pg/ml ] was significantly higher than that of health control subjects [ （ 28.47 ± 2.29 ） pg/ml ] （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusions： The IL-18 is higher in patients with laryngeal cancer. The concentration of IL-18 may be an important biochemistry predictive sign in assistant diagnoses and monitoring the changes in patients with laryngeal cancer.
