伽玛刀治疗脑动静脉畸形长期并发症分析

摘　　要：目的分析伽玛刀(γ-刀)治疗脑动静脉畸形(AVM)的并发症。方法对1995年至2002年接受伽玛刀治疗且随访资料完整的341例脑AVM患者的并发症进行统计。结果γ-刀治疗后出现囊肿2例;顽固脑水肿15例,其中1例直接导致死亡;再出血10例,其中3例直接导致死亡。结论γ-刀是治疗脑AVM的一种有效的方法,并发症较小,但需要长期随访。Objective To evaluate the complications of gamma knife radiosurgery for cerebral arteriovenous malformations （AVMs）. Method The clinical data of 341 patients with cerebral AVMs treated by Leksell γ-knife from 1995 to 2002, who were followed up for 3-10 years, were analysed retrospectively. Results The complications of γ-knife radiosurgery included cerebral cystis in 2 patients, refractoy cerebral edema in 15（1 died） and rebleeding in 10（3 died）. Conclusions The γ-knife is an effective method to treat of cerebral AVMs and induces a few complications, but the long-term follow-up must be performed because some complications such as rebleeding and cystis degeneration may late occur.
