摘　　要：环境规划是协调经济发展与环境保护的有效工具。文章在介绍国外环境规划研究概况后分析了我国环境规划的现状及存在问题,指出建立完善的规划体系和综合决策方法是环境规划的发展趋势。Environmental planning isan efficient tool to correspond the economy developments with the environmental protection. The researches on general situation of the environmental planning abroad and analyses the present situation and problem in china. It also points out that to establish the perfect planning system and integrated decision methods is the tendency of environmental planning.
