摘  要:目的:应用DiaSys(R/S2003)尿沉渣定量分析工作站进行尿沉渣分析,并对其性能进行评价。方法:用美国DiaSys(R/S2003)尿沉渣定量分析仪根据不同的性能要求对尿液标本进行定量分析评价。结果:用该仪器对尿液中有形成分计数,与FastRead定量尿沉渣计数板比较,两者结果无显著性差异(P>0.05);重复性试验,CV<4%;未稀释的尿液标本中有形成分计数与经仪器自动定量稀释器稀释一次尿液中有形成分计数结果间无显著性差异,其相关性好(P>0.05,r=0.999)。结论:DiaSys(R/S2003)尿沉渣定量分析工作站能比较满意地完成尿沉渣分析。Objective:To make Urinary Sediment test and to evaluate the system of DiaSys (R/S2003)Quantitative Analyzer. Methods:According to different requirements of functional evaluation,various urine specimens were quantitatively analyzed by DiaSys (R/S2003)Quantitative Analyzer of Urinary Sediment.Results:There was no significant difference (P〉0.05)in results between DiaSys(R/S2003)Quantitative Analyzer of Urinary Sediment and Fast Read Urinary Sediment Quantitative-counting Board. The experiments indicated that the instrument had good precision (CV〈4%)and dilution function.There was no significant difference in results between the first-diluted specimens and no-diluted ones (P 〉0.05, r =0.999).Conclusion: DiaSys ( R/S2003 )Quantitative Analyzer can complete the test of urinary sediment very well.
