摘　　要：目的探讨重组人粒一巨噬细胞集落刺激因子（rhGM-CSF）对放射性食管炎的疗效。方法对31例出现3级放射性食管炎的患者口服5ml注射用水＋300μgrhGM-CSF＋75％甘油20ml的混合液分4次，每间隔1小时用药1次，连用5d。结果31例中，放射性食管炎自3级退回至0～1级者13例（41．94％），退至2级者15例（48．39％），继续维持在3级者3例（9．68％），总有效率为90．32％。结论rhGM-CSF对放射性食管炎具有明显的治疗作用。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of reconstrutive human granulocyte macrophage colony-stimulating factor （rhGM-CSF）treatment on radlotherapy-lnduced esophagitis. Methods Thirty-one patients with grade 3 esophagitis induced by chest radiotherapy were given a mixture of 300μg rhGM-CSF, 5 ml water and 75% glycerol 20 ml, 4 times per day for 5 consecutive days. Results Regression of dysphagia to grade 0/1 was observed in 13 of 31 （41.94 %） patients, to grade 2 dysphagia in 15 of 31 （48. 39%） patients with a total effective rate of 90. 32%. Conclusion Oral administration of rhGM-CSF in 75% glycerol solution exerts a significant therapeutic effect against radiotherapyinduced esophagitis.
