摘 要:目的:检验三维激光扫描仪扫描基牙预备体的重复性与准确性,并为其应用于口腔修复体的计算机辅助设计与制作(CAD/CAM)提供科学依据.方法:采用激光扫描仪对上颌1,2,3,5,6共5颗牙的基牙预备体石膏代型进行三维扫描,并用Surfacer软件测量相关指标,用游标卡尺在石膏代型上测量基牙预备体的各个相关指标,用三种不同的方法分析系统的可靠性、可重复性以及扫描精度.结果:可靠性与可重复性的结果显示无显著性的统计学差异,扫描精度结果显示与游标卡尺测量结果无显著性的统计学差异.结论:激光扫描仪可靠性强、可重复性高、能准确地获得牙预备体的三维数据,可满足临床的要求.AIM: To evaluate the precision of the three-dimensional (3D) laser scanner for scanning abutment tooth and reconstructing its model so as to offer some evidence for its application in CAD/CAM of oral prosthesis. METHODS: Five plaster supramaxillary abutment tooth models were scanned and reconstractod by 3D laser scanner. The 3D shape of the models was measured by Surfacer10. 5 software and the plaster models were measured manually with vernier caliper. The data were statistically analyzed. RESULTS: The 3D laser scanner showed the better reliability and repeatability ( r 〉 0.75, P 〈 0.05 ). There were no significant differences between the data acquired by scanning and manual measurement in the precision ( P 〈 0.05 ). CONCLUSION: 3D laser scanner is precise and reliable enough for reconstructing the abutment tooth model fit for the clinical application.
