当归新型饮片的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的：为制定当归新型饮片质量标准提供参考。方法：对不同规格的当归新型饮片进行性状、水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物检查，HPLC测定阿魏酸含量。结果：阿魏酸在0．0308～0．1538p,g内线性关系良好，r=0．9997，平均回收率101．20％，RSD=z02％。结论：当归新型饮片质量比较稳定，所拟定的质控指标可作为其内在质量控制标准。Objective： To supply a reference to establish the quality standards of new radix angelicae sinensis praeparata. Methods： Inspecting the appearance, general subjects （ water content, total ash, sour insoluble ash） on different type of new radix angelicae sinensis praeparata and using HPLC to determine the content of ferulic acid. Results： The linear range of ferulic acid was from 0. 030 8 - 0. 153 8μg and its relativity was very well, r = 0. 999 7. The average recovery was 101.20%, RSD = 2. 02%. Conclusion： The quality of new radix angelicae sinensis praeparata was quite stable.
