摘　　要：自20世纪70年代以来,欧美处于反思工业化与城市化、保护传统文化和生态环境的思潮之下,“内生式发展”作为致力于解决乡村发展问题的一种新模式,对于不发达地区的复兴起到了积极的作用。内生式发展模式以培养地方基于内部的发展能力为目的,强调当地人的开发主体地位以及建立当地基层组织的必要性。基于内生式发展模式的援助项目已在国际、国内取得了一定的成功,对于目前国内的乡村发展具有一定的借鉴意义。The 1970s witnesses a trend of reflection on industrialization, urbanization and the protection of traditional culture as well as ecological environment. It gives rise to the idea of the Endogenous Development, which, as a new mode for rural development, was supposed to contribute to the revitalization of the economically declining rural areas. Several key points of this Endogenous Development Model are summarized. （1） The ultimate objective of the local development is to foster the capacity to innovate at the local level on its own basis, and at the same time to retain its ecological environment and cultural traditions. （2） In order to foster the generating capacity of the local area on its own basis, the best approach is to make a form of progress where there is local control over the development process, where the development options worthy of support are determined locally and where the benefits of development are retained within a local area. （3） It is essential to build a local group which is capable of reflecting the will and interests of the residents and which also has considerable influence on the decisionmaking process of the local strategies. The practical projects based on the Endogenous Development principles normally adopt a flat structure of organization, in which the projects are designed and operated by local organizations with a direct commitment to the Committee. The extant experiences may be drawn on as reference for China＇s current rural development.
