nm23表达与喉癌颈淋巴结转移及临床分期的关系

摘　　要：应用ＬＳＡＢ免疫组织化学方法观察了ｎｍ２３基因产物／核苷二磷酸激酶（ｎｍ２３／ＮＤＰＫ）在喉鳞癌中的表达，结果喉鳞癌中ｎｍ２３／ＮＤＰＫ表达的阳性率为６９４％（２５／３６），相应的癌旁正常组织阴性。在与临床病理指标的相关性分析中发现无颈淋巴结转移者ｎｍ２３／ＮＤＰＫ表达的阳性率高于颈淋巴结转移者，差别有显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）；Ⅰ～Ⅱ期喉癌高于Ⅲ～Ⅳ期喉癌，差别也有显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）。ｎｍ２３／ＮＤＰＫ表达与病理分级无关。In this study,LSAB immunohistochemical method was used to detect nm23/NDPK expression in laryngeal carcinoma. 25/36 (69.4%) cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma showed immunoreactivity for nm23/NDPK. Statistical analysis revealed that the decreases in expression of nm23/NDPK was significantly correlated with neck lymph node metastasis and with advanced stages of laryngeal carcinoma ( P <0.05). No relationship was found between nm23/NDPK expression and tumor grades. The results indicate that nm23 gene may be implicated in the mechanism of tumor progression and metastasis to cervical lymph node.
