摘　　要：近年来,国内公共管理伦理学的研究取得了初步进展,学术界讨论和争议的问题涉及多个方面,大致可以归为学科性质、研究对象、研究内容、宗旨和目标、功能与价值等,但在研究范围和视野等方面还存在明显不足。总体上说,国内公共管理伦理学的研究尚处于起步阶段。In recent years, the domestic study on the ethics of public management has made preliminary progress, and the academe has launched a broad discussion and argument, in which involved disciplinary nature, study object, contents, gist, aim, function and value, etc. However, there are obvious shortcomings in the width and depth of study, in another word in general, at a kindergarten stage is the domestic study on the ethics of public management.
