摘  要:目的建立HPLC法测定抗病毒口服液中腺苷含量的方法。方法采用DramonsidTM-C18为色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(10∶90),检测波长260 nm,柱温30℃。结果在此色谱条件下腺苷同其他成分达到了最佳的基线分离,平均回收率为97.44%,RSD=0.87%;运用该法测定了不同厂家的抗病毒口服液中腺苷的含量。结论首次建立了抗病毒口服液中腺苷的HPLC分析方法,该法准确、重现性好,专属性好,为抗病毒口服液中腺苷的测量提供了一个可检测的质控依据;通过分析,发现不同厂家的抗病毒口服液中腺苷的含量差异较大。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of adenosine in Kangbingdu oral solution. Methods The chromatographic column was Diamonsid^TM-C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-water (10 : 90) and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·main^-1. The detection wavelength was 260 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results Adenosine was well separated with other constituents. The average recovery rate was 97.44%, RSD = 0. 87%, and the content of adenosine in Kangbingdu oral solution from different companies was determined. Conclusion For the first time we determined the adenosine content in Kangbingdu oral solution, which varied greatly with different samples. The method is accurate, reproducible and specific, and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.
