摘　　要：信息时代,高校图书馆在管理上要不断创新,以适应信息技术的发展,以满足高等教育的需要。本文分析了高校图书馆管理现状,指出管理创新的必要性,对高校图书馆管理创新思路进行了探讨。结合实际提出了从图书馆管理的观念、机制、内容、方式等进行创新。参考文献4。In the information age, academic libraries should continuously innovate in management in order to meet the development of IT and the needs of higher education. This paper analyzes the current situation of academic libraries＇ management, points out the necessary of management innovation, probes into management innovation thought of academic libraries and proposes to innovate from several aspects such as ideas, mechanism, content and mode. 4 refs.
