摘  要:目的:用气相色谱法测定头孢唑肟钠中二氯甲烷、二甲基乙酰胺、冰乙酸有机溶剂残留量。方法:利用程序升温气相色谱法,在弹性石英毛细柱上进行各组分分离,各组分间的分离度均符合要求。柱温:65℃保持2分钟,以20℃/min升温至120℃保持2分钟.;以15℃/min升温至180℃保持2分钟;进样口温度:200℃;检测器温度250℃。结果:平均回收率:二氯甲烷100.3%二甲基乙酰胺99.9%冰乙酸99.4%。结论:该方法利用色谱柱程序升温克服了各组分分离度达不到要求的缺点,重现性好,精度高。Objective: Examine methylene chloride and dimethyl acetylamide and glacial acetic acid of ceftizoxime by GC. Methods: separate above components entirely using fused-silica capillary column by GC. Column temperature;maintaining the temperature of the column at 65℃ for 2 minutes, then raising the temperature at a rate of 20℃ per min to 120℃ and maintaining it at 120℃ for 2 mins and then raising the temperature at a rate of 15℃ min to 180℃ and maintaining it at 180℃ for 2 rains. Temperature of injection port is 200℃, temperature of detector is 250℃ . Results:average recovering ratio is 100.3% of methylene chloride and 99.9% of din,ethyl acetylamide and 99.4% of glacial acetic acid, Conclusion: methylene chloride and dimethyl acetylamide and glacial acetic acid of ceftizoxime are entirely separated by this method and obtain highly precision
