摘　　要：为优化烷基淀粉苷浆料的性能,对影响烷基淀粉苷浆料合成的因素进行了分析及优化,并将采用优化工艺制备的烷基淀粉苷浆料与磷酸酯淀粉和酸解淀粉的性能进行了对比。结果表明:采用优化后的工艺参数制备的烷基淀粉苷浆料具有较低的粘度,满足“两高一低”的上浆工艺要求,与涤纶纤维具有更好的粘附性。To optizmize property of alkyl starch glycoside size mixture, the influence factors on alkyl starch glycoside size mixture development were analyzed and optimized. Property of alkyl starch glycoside size mixture is compared with that of acetate starch and acidolysis starch. The result shows that alky starch glycoside size mixture, prepared by optimized processing parameters, has lower viscosity, and can satisfy sizing demands of high concentration, high pressure and low viscosity, it has better adhesion property to polyester fibers.
