环氧合酶2与大肠癌关系的研究现状

摘　　要：环氧合酶是一种完整的膜结合蛋白,其中COX-2为诱导型酶,研究发现COX-2与肿瘤的发生发展有关。笔者就COX-2促进正常细胞转化为瘤细胞、肿瘤细胞浸润,COX-2与肿瘤血管生成及肿瘤的淋巴转移等加以综述。Cyclooxygenase is a complete membrane combined protein. COX - 2 is an induced enzyme that related with the progress and oncogenesis. This paper summarize in COX- 2 promoting normal cell to tumor cell, tumor cell infiltration, blood vessel growth and lymphatic metastasis.
