摘  要:目的:探讨补充魔芋甘露聚糖对大负荷训练大鼠肠粘膜SIgA的影响。方法:对大鼠进行为期8周,每周6次,每次150min的游泳训练并补充KOS,测定小肠IgA浆细胞和小肠粘液IgA含量指标的变化。结果:(1)8周大负荷训练后,大鼠的小肠IgA浆细胞个数、平均光密度和肠液SIgA含量呈显著性降低(P<0.05);(2)补充KOS后大鼠小肠IgA浆细胞个数、平均光密度和肠液SIgA含量均显著高于大负荷训练组(P<0.05)。结论:在大负荷训练期间补充KOS可以调节和提高训练机体的肠粘膜IgA的免疫屏障功能。Objective to investigate the effect of konjac-oligosaccharidos(K(36) on mucus IgA of intestine in trained rats. Method: In this study SD rats were swimming 150 rain/day,6 days/week for 8 weeks. All rats divided into three groups: control,heavy training(HT) and heavy training plus KOS administration(HT + K(36) group. To investigate the small intestine IgA plasma cells and small intestine mucus IgA content indicators change. Result: (1)After 8 week heavy training cornpares with control, the rats IgA plasma cells in the small intestine known, the average optical density and mucus IgA concentration of a significant reduction(P 〈 0.05). (2)8 weeks supplement KOS after continuously the rats small intestine cells started collecting, the average optical density and significantly higher than mucus IgA concentration are heavy training group(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: In heavy load training periold supplemented KOS may adjust and enhance the mucus IgA barrier of intestine in trained rats.
