摘 要:阐述了JCI标准在医院人力资源管理方面的应用与实践,主要体会是:领导重视,制定具有战略意义的人力资源规划;做好人员招聘工作,按照JCI标准建立独立的员工档案;做好岗位分析,制定全院性的岗位职责;注重员工岗前培训,将员工目标与管理目标有效结合;重视绩效考核,实现个人绩效的有效提高和医院绩效持续发展。The paper expounds the application and practice of JCI standard in hospital human resource management. The main experience includes that we should make human resource planning of strategic significance with the support of hospital leaders, work hard for personnel recruitment and establish special personnel archives in accordance with the JCI standard, formulate the duties of the whole hospital based on good position analysis, pay attention to pre-job training and make the personnel combine their goal with hospital's goal, attach importance to performance evaluation and realize the effective improvement of personal performance and continuous development of hospital performance.
