摘　　要：企业的知识吸收能力是知识经济时代竞争优势的来源。从知识吸收能力概念、各个子能力的作用以及与竞争优势的关系入手,剖析学习型战略联盟的成因与优势特征,提出知识吸收能力的发展驱使企业建立了学习型战略联盟,进而获得新的竞争优势。The of the knowledge economy, competitive advantages derived from absorptive capabilities （ACAP）of firm.This article analyzed the causes of learning alliance formation and the features of competitive advantages, aiming at the concept of absorptive capacity, the impact on interfirm, and the relationship between ACAP and competitive advantage,further, provided that the development of absorptive capabilities impels firm to combine learning alliance in order to achieve new competitive advantage.
