集群式创新网络与区域国际竞争力分析

摘　　要：集群创新优势能促进集群创新,从而提高区域国际竞争力,而集群创新优势是建立在发达的集群式创新网络体系之上。集群式创新的关键在于集群式创新网。集群式创新网络能在物质基础的提高、创新动力机制的形成、创新成员间的创新合作、中小企业创新风险的降低、创新速度的加快等方面影响集群式创新。Advantages of cluster innovation can enhance cluster innovation, and thus promotes regionally international competitiveness. Advantages of cluster innovation rely on advanced network of clustering innovation, which is the kennel of clustering innovation. The network of clustering innovation has some impacts on clustering innovation in the improvement of material basis, the formation of innovation drive mechanism, the innovation group members＇ cooperation, the decrease of innovation risk among the small and medium - sized enterprises and in the quick speed of innovation.
