摘 要:用扫描电镜X射线能谱对电厂煤飞灰单个颗粒进行了形貌、粒度和化学组成的观察与分析,用x射线衍射鉴定了煤飞灰粗细颗粒中元素存在的化学形态(化合物或物相),结果表明;煤飞灰中有较多球形颗粒,还有一些不规则形颗粒,主要含有Si,AlCa,Fe,S,K等,不同形貌、大小颗粒中的组分含量差别较大,但大多以硅铝酸盐为基体,其它元素分布在颗粒表层(约1μm)中,粗细颗粒中均有石英和氧化铁,但粗粒中还富含Ca和Fe的碳酸盐和Ca,Mg的硫酸盐及一些粘土矿物;而细粒中除富含,Fe的各种氧化物外,还含有Fe的硫酸盐和一些氯化物.煤飞灰中Ca和S的水溶性最大,其水溶物是硫酸钙,不溶物基本上保持煤飞灰固有的组分.Individual particles of coal fly ash from power plant were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy equipped with an energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer for investigating their morphology and chemical composition. Chemical compounds/phases in corase and fine particles were identified by X-ray diffractometer. Results indicate that the great majority of the particules are spherical and some irregular. Most of them have alumi-nosilicate matrix with other elements distributed on the surface layer of the particles. It was shown that silicon and aluminium oxides,calcium carbonate,sulfate and some clay minerals are enriched in coarse fraction. Iron oxides,sulfide,sulfate and some chlorides are found to dominant in fine fraction. The soluble fraction of fly ash is calcium sulfate and gypsum. The composition of the insoluble fraction is found to be the same as that of fly ash particle itself.
