摘　　要：目的了解高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)对晚期胰腺癌镇痛疗效是否存在显著意义。方法应用FEP-BYO2高强度聚焦超声热疗机对21例晚期胰腺癌患者进行HIFU治疗。结果治疗后疼痛消失6例,疼痛减轻10例,疼痛无变化3例,治疗前后均无疼痛2例。治疗后患者未发生皮肤烧伤。根据统计学评分差异显著。结论高强度聚焦超声对晚期胰腺癌镇痛有较好的镇痛效果。Object To observation the acesodyne effect of high intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU） on the treatment of advanced pancreatic carcinoma treated by HIFU . Methods 19 cases of advanced pancreatic carcinoma were treated by FEP - BYO2 pyrothrapier （HIFU）. Results The pain were disappeared in 6 cases, the pain were relieved in 10 cases, the pain had not change in 3 cases. 2 caes who had no pain before be cured, there were no complications such as skin burns . Pancreatic fistula bleeding pancreatics and perforation during the prose the result has significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion HIFU can relieved the pain in advanced pancreatic carcinoma effectively.
