摘　　要：[目的]了解行脐静脉穿刺产前诊断孕妇的心理状态，从而提供有效的心理护理。[方法]176例孕妇在责任护士的帮助下使用症状自评量表进行心理状态测定，并根据不同的心理状态进行针对性心理辅导。[结果]176例孕妇以稳定的心理状态安全渡过脐静脉穿刺手术的前后阶段。[结论]需要脐静脉穿刺进行产前诊断的孕妇不同程度地存在焦虑、紧张等心理问题，对这些孕妇在手术前中后分别进行针对性心理辅导以及追踪随访。使她们能安全渡过妊娠分娩阶段。Objective： To know about the psychological state of gravida before undergoing prenatal diagnosis via umbilical vein puncture, so as to provide effective psychological nursing for them. Methods： Psychological states of 176 gravida were mea- sured with symptom checklist （SCL） helped by primary nurses, then corresponding psychological instructions were provided for them based on their different psychological states. Results： All 176 gravida safely lived through their peri - operative period of umbilical veifi puncture in stable psychological state. Conclusion： Gravida who need to do prenatal diagnosis via umbilical vein puncture have certain psychological problems such as anxiety and tension in different extents. To provide corresponding psychological instruction before, during, and after operation respectively and follow - up for them could make them live , through pregnancy and parturition stages safely.
