摘  要:运用生态足迹的理论对福州市供给和需求进行分析,判断该市生态承载力的可持续性。结果表明,2004年福州市人均生态足迹为1.552 831hm2,而人均承载力只有0.278 329hm2,人均生态赤字为1.274 502hm2。这反映出福州市的人口消费需求超过了自然生态系统的承载能力,生态环境呈现逐步恶化的趋势,可持续发展状况不容乐观。提出强化生态环境保护和建设、严格控制人口增长、大力实施科技兴田、加快森林资源培育、发挥海域资源的优势等实现福州市可持续发展的措施。In the thesis ,the key conceptions and calculation procedures of the model are firstly presented, and then the ecological footprint of Fuzhou city in 2004 is calculated. The results showthat: the ecological footprint per cap is 1. 552 831hm^2 ,the ecological capacity per cap is 0. 278 329hm^2 ,and the ecological deficit is 1. 274 502hm^2. From the analyses above,it can be seen that the demands of human consumption exceed the capacity of natural ecosystem and ecological environment is deteriorating at a rapid pace. In a word,the situation of sustainable development in Fuzhou city is not optimistic. Finally,some countermeasures to realize sustainable development are put forward, such as strengthening the protection and construction ecological environment, strictly controlling the population increasing, putting science-technology into revitalizing field strongly,giving full play to the marine resource superiority,quickening the development of Forest.
