摘  要:目的:探讨基因Bag-1和Bcl-2在前列腺癌中的表达及其与前列腺癌的关系。方法:选取第四军医大学西京医院2002年~2005年未经治疗的前列腺癌组织标本45例,前列腺增生10例,采用免疫组化SABC法检测标本中Bag-1及Bcl-2的表达,并探讨Bag-1及Bcl-2的表达与前列腺癌分期、分级及预后的关系。结果:Bag-1在前列腺癌组织中表达率为62.2%,前列腺增生组织中20.0%。Bag-1与肿瘤分级、分期及预后密切相关(P<0.05),随前列腺癌恶性程度增加,其表达强度也增加。Bcl-2在前列腺癌组织中阳性表达率为77.8%,与前列腺增生组织20.0%相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05),但其表达与不同病理细胞类型、病理分级及临床分期无关(P>0.05)。Bag-1与Bcl-2的表达正相关(P<0.05)。结论:前列腺癌组织中Bag-1表达可作为预后指标;Bcl-2可能参与前列腺组织由良性向恶性转化的过程,但与癌细胞恶性分化程度无关。Objective: To investigate Bag - 1 and Bcl -2 expressions in prostatic neoplasms and to evaluate their clinical significance. Methods : From 2002 to 2005,45 cases of untreated prostatic adenocarcinomas (PCA) specimens and 10 eases of benign prostate hyperplasia( BPH ) were selected from Xijing Hospital of the Fourth Military Medical University. The expressions of Bag- 1 and Bcl -2 in the 45 cases of PCA and 10 cases of BPH were measured by means of immunohistochemical SABC staining method and the relationships of Bag - 1 and Bcl - 2 expressions with prostatic neoplasm stage, grade and prognosis were evaluated. Results: The positive rate of Bag - 1 expression in the prostatic neoplasms tissues was 62.2% ,it was 20.0% in the normal tissues( P 〈0.05 ). The positive rate of Bc1-2 expression in the prostatic neoplasms tissues was 77.8 % ,while it was 20.0 % in the normal prostatic tissues (P 〈 0.05 ). However, Bcl -2 was not related to the tumor grade,clinical stage and pathological cell types. On the other hand, Bag - 1 was positively related to the tumor grade, tumor stage and the prognosis of the patient ( P 〈 0.05 ). Significant correlation was noted between Bcl - 2 and Bag - 1 ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Bag - 1 might serve as a prognostic maker for the prostatic neoplasms. Bcl - 2 might be involved in the transformation of benign to malignant process but is not related to the degree of differentiation of the tumor cells.
