微波诱导高温原位灭活技术治疗椎体肿瘤

摘　　要：目的：介绍一种新的治疗脊柱肿瘤的外科方法。方法：对2例腰椎肿瘤应用微波诱导高温予以原位灭活，观察术中及术后早期并发症。结果：2例患者术后病理诊断分别为肾癌椎体转移和软骨粘液纤维瘤。随访1～4个月，术中及术后早期无并发症。结论：微波诱导高温原位灭活技术可应用于治疗脊柱肿瘤，是一种新的治疗脊柱肿瘤的外科方法。Objective： To introduce a new technique for the treatment of spinal tumors. Methods： To analyze the complications of 2 cases of spinal tumors treated with the hyperthermia induced by inserted microwave antenna arrays. Results： Histological diagnosis of 2 patients were metastatic clear cell renal cell carcinoma and chondromyxoid fibroma. In 1 -4 month followup, there were no early complications. ConcIusion： It may be a new technique to treat the spinal tumors with the hyperthermia induced by inserted microwave antenna arrays.
