多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测糖链抗原125的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的研究糖链抗原125升高在恶性肿瘤及良性疾病中的意义。方法应用蛋白芯片法检测253例不同种类恶性肿瘤及良性疾病标本。结果CA125在卵巢癌、肺癌、肝癌、胰腺癌、子宫癌、结/直肠癌的阳性率依次为68.7%、66.6%、57.7%、50%、46.6%、42.8%,总阳性率是59.6%;肝硬化的阳性率达78.9%。结论CA125不只是卵巢癌的指标,也是一种广谱肿瘤标志物,并且肝硬化等良性疾病也有较高的阳性率,可作为健康体检中筛选异常人群的指标。Objective： To evaluate the value of CA 125 in malignant tumor and benign disease. Methods： To detect 253 samples of different kinds of malignant tumor and benign diseases for CA 125with protein biochip detective system. Results： The positive rates were 68.7%, 66.6%, 57.7%, 50%, 46.6% and 42.8% in ovarian cancer, lung cancer, liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, cervical carcinomas and colo - rectum cancer, respectively. The positive rate of hepatocirrhosis was 78.9%. Conclusion： CA 125 is not only a marker for ovarian cancer, but a broad - spectrum tumor marker. There are higher positive rates of CA 125 in some benign diseases including hepatocirrhosis.
