摘 要:针对硫易切削钢冶炼过程中硫收得率不易控制造成钢中硫含量波动大的问题,从理论上分析了影响硫收得率的主要因素,并开展了炉渣碱度对硫收得率影响的试验研究,用数学回归法得出了炉渣碱度对硫收得率的影响规律,为稳定控制易切削钢中硫含量提供了依据。With the aim of reducing the fluctuation of sulphur content in resulphurized free - cutting steel for the change of yield during smelting, the factors of influence sulphur yield in resulphuried free - cutting steel was discussed based on the thermodynamic analysis. A series of experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of basicity on the sulfur yield. The relationship of slag basicity and sulphur yield was obtained by use of numerical regression method, it could be a reference for phurized free - cutting steel controlling sulphur yield during production of resulphurized free - cutting steel.
