视网膜静脉周围炎的病程及治疗时机的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨视网膜静脉周围炎的临床分期及治疗时机、治疗方法的选择。方法对视网膜静脉周围炎患者37例(46只眼)分别采用药物、激光、单纯冷冻或手术治疗,并予以分析。结果药物治疗有效率为40%,激光或冷冻治疗有效率为16.67%,手术治疗有效率为63.3%。结论视网膜静脉周围炎应根据病情变化选择积极的治疗措施,包括药物、激光、巩膜外冷冻及手术等,以保存有用视力。Objective To study the clinical classification and optional treatment opportunity of Eales disease. Methods 46 eyes of 37 cases with different classification of Eales disease undergoing medical treatment, photocoagulation or cryotherapy and vitreoretinal surgery were analyzed retrospectively. Results The postoperative visual acuity was enhanced significantly. While those who performed medical treatment, photocoagulation or cryotherapy in earlier classification enhanced insignificantly, because this disease don＇t damage the central visual acuity. Conclusion We should choose optional treatment regarding the different classification for Eales disease in order to prevent visual loss in the patients.
