摘 要:目的比较不同纤维桩在使用两种黏结系统时根管各部剪切黏结强度。方法24颗新鲜完整离体上中切牙于唇侧釉牙骨质界冠方2mm处截冠。根备后分组修复:碳纤维桩+全酸蚀系统组,碳纤维桩+自黏结系统组,石英纤维桩+全酸蚀系统组,石英纤维桩+自黏结系统组。包埋后置MTSSynergie综合测试仪上对不同根管段行剪切黏结实验,记录数值并行裂区方差分析。结果剪切黏结强度(MPa)依次为:11.14±1.26、5.04±0.94、11.82±1.16、6.72±1.02。石英纤维桩剪切黏结强度优于碳纤维桩,全酸蚀黏结系统优于自黏结系统,且桩与黏结系统之间有交互作用。根管由冠方向根方剪切黏结强度逐渐减弱。结论纤维桩修复的剪切黏结强度与黏结部位、黏结材料及桩材质密切相关。Objective To investigate shear bond strength between different fiber posts and root canals using different adhesive systems. Methods 24 intact extracted maxillary central incisors were sectioned perpendicular to the long axis at a point of 2 mm-occlusal to the buccal cemento-enamel junction(CKI) and then endodontically treated. Pests( C-post, Aestheti-plus )were placed using different adhesive systems( one step-plus/C&B cement, Rely X Unicem)respectively. The push-out test was performed on different sections of the root. The data were recorded and analyzed with spli-plot ANOVA. Results Aestheti-plus showed higher push-out strengths than c-post. Total-etch adhesive systems resalted in higher strength than the self-adhesive one. Bond strengths of the post decreased gradually from crown section to apical section. Conclusion Shear bond strengths of fiber posts were affected by many factors, and it is necessary to choose the proper adhesive systems in coincidence with the restorative goals.
