摘  要:目的探讨中小学生健康教育实施效果的影响因素,为研制适合时代发展要求的学校健康教育框架提供依据。方法在全国26个省市采用阶段整群抽样法调查中小学校153所,调查的学生共计8 008名,家长8 008名,教师771名。结果不同学校健康教育模式对学生健康知、信、行可以产生不同的效果,独立授课模式优于分散式教学。父母的文化程度、对学校健康教育的态度以及评判度等可影响其子女的健康知识和行为。结论应继续深入研究学校健康教育实施的有效模式,关注家庭因素对学校健康教育的改善和补充。Objective To explore influencing factors to the impact of school-based health education among primary, and secendary school students, and to provide bases for establishing the framework of the school-based health education in China. Methods By using a stratified cluster sampling, 153 primary and secondary, schools, 8 008 students and their patents and 771 teachers were investigated. Results Different models of school-based health education had different effects on students' KAP, and the independent lecturing was prior than separate teaching. Educational level and attitudes towards school-based health education were the infulueneing factors to children's knowledge and behavior. Conclusion Effective model of school-based health education should be developed concerning about the impact of family.
