摘　　要：载脂蛋白E(apoE)在血脂代谢的过程中发挥着重要的作用,由于碱基突变而产生的基因多态性使其不同基因型对冠状动脉硬化性心脏病(CAD)的发病产生不同的影响:apoE4可望成为CAD发病的一个遗传标志,apoE2则具有保护作用。检测apoE基因多态性对发现CAD的易感人群及开展一级预防具有重要意义,但其是否是独立于血脂途径实现对CAD发病的影响还在进一步的研究中。ApoE plays an important role in blood fat metabohsm Its gene polymorphism makes different genotype having different effect on coronary disease resulting from gene mutation. ApoE4 maybe the genetic marker in occurance of coronary disease, while apoE2 has protective effect. Measuring ApoE genotype has great significance in finding susceptible population of CHD and carrying out primary prevention,but the question whether it exerts its effect on occurance of CHD independ of lipid paaway needs timber studying.
