派丽奥软膏在急性冠周炎治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察应用派丽奥软膏治疗急性智齿冠周炎的效果。方法:选取急性智齿冠周炎56例,随机分为治疗组和对照组2组。治疗组常规冠周冲洗后,将派丽奥软膏注人盲袋内;对照组局部冠周冲洗后,盲袋内置人2%碘甘油。5 d后复诊评价疗效。结果:治疗组的痊愈率(71.43%)和有效率(92.86%)均较对照组(42.85%,67.86%)高。两组痊愈率比较,差异有显著性(χ2=6.552,P<0.05)。两组均无不良反应发生。结论:派丽奥软膏是一种治疗急性智齿冠周炎的安全有效的局部用药。Objectives： To observe the clinical effects of Periocline on acute wisdom teeth Pericoronitis and compared with iodine glycerine. Methods： Fifty-six cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,locally washed by 3 % hydrogen dioxide solution and saline water and dried. For treatment group instill Periocline ointment only 1 time, for control group 2 % iodine glycerine once a day, the effects were observe on the fifth day. Results：The effective rate of treatment group and control group were respectively 71.43% and 42.85%. Through statistical process there was obvious different（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Periocline is safe and effective in treatment of acute Pericoronitis.
