摘　　要：引进外资能够带来先进的经验、技术,能够缓解国内建设资金的不足,能够创造大量的就业机会,促进出口创汇。但引进外资也可能给民族工业的发展带来不利,因此,有针对性地对外资的管制就显得极为重要。The introduction of foreign capital can bring in advanced technology and experience, relieve the tension of domestic fund, create plenty of employment chances, and promote export and foreign exchange. It can also inflict heavy losses on national industry, even badly injure national economy. So foreign capital control plays a decisive role.
